Once you've completed the Pre-order Interest Form above, we work with you to select the various hat styles and patch designs that will be offered during your sale -we recommend 2-4 hat options and 2-3 patch options at maximum.

From there, our team gets to work handcrafting the sample hats and creating a customized pre-order website for your school (see examples at the bottom of this page).

At the end of the sale, a portion of sales goes back to your program so the more you sell, the more you get back.

*Please note: if not all sample hats are purchased by someone during the sale, then the cost of the hat will be subtracted from the overall donation back and we will ship the extra merch your way to use as you'd like!

Typically teams choose to sell hats for $30 each. MSRP for custom keychains and earrings is $15.

We recommend a 2-week window leading up to the start of your football season, typically summer/fall.

However, you know your fanbase best so we can customize a certain timeframe to fit your needs.

Between now and June 1, 2025*, locked in team pre-orders will receive double the donation back to their program. Instead of the normal 10% of your team's orders being sent back, it will be 20%!

You have two options:

1) FREE Shipping: All orders are handcrafted and shipped to you at the school at the end of the pre-order, where you will coordinate distribution to each purchaser.

2) Each purchaser is charged a $4.95 flat shipping fee per order (FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75). Hats are then completed upon purchase and shipped directly to the purchaser.
